Partner Program Terms
By joining the eSIM Hub partner program you accept these terms. They are short because the program runs by itself.
1. The program
The program is run by DevTeam Co., Ltd., which operates eSIM Hub and its country stores. Joining is free; you can stop at any time.
2. Commission
- You earn 20% of the price the customer pays for an eSIM bought within 30 days after they clicked your link, on eSIM Hub or any of our country stores.
- Top-ups of an eSIM sold through your link earn the same share, unless the customer comes through another partner's link.
- When a customer has clicked several partners' links, the last click before the purchase counts.
- Purchases made with your own email addresses earn no commission.
- Commission is calculated in US dollars and rounded down to the cent.
3. Holding period and cancellations
- A commission is held for 30 days after the purchase, then becomes payable once PayPal shows the payment as kept.
- Commissions on orders that are refunded, fail to be delivered, or are disputed or charged back are cancelled. A partial refund reduces the commission in proportion.
- If a cancelled commission was already paid, the same amount is deducted from your next payout.
4. Payouts
- Every Monday (Korea time) we pay your payable commissions to the PayPal email in your profile, automatically, once they add up to $10.00 or more. Smaller amounts carry over.
- Payouts need a confirmed email address and a PayPal address that can receive money. You are responsible for entering the right one.
- We pay PayPal's payout fees. Any taxes on your earnings are your responsibility.
- If PayPal cannot deliver a payout, the money stays in your balance and is sent once your profile has a working PayPal address.
5. Not allowed
- Spam: unsolicited emails, messages or comments.
- Misleading claims: invented discounts or coupon codes, false statements about plans, coverage or prices, or presenting yourself as eSIM Hub or one of its stores.
- Search ads that bid on eSIM Hub, our store names or our domains.
- Cookie stuffing, hidden or forced clicks, paid or incentivised clicks, and any fake traffic or orders.
- Content that is illegal, hateful or adult.
Commissions from activity that breaks these rules are cancelled, and the account can be suspended.
6. Disclosure
Tell your audience that you may earn a commission from your links wherever the law or the platform requires it.
7. Privacy
To credit purchases we record each click on a partner link: the time, the page, the browser and the IP address. Partners see counts and orders, never the personal details of visitors or customers.
8. Changes
We may change these terms or the commission rate; changes are posted on this page and apply to purchases made after the change. If the program ends, payable balances are still paid out.
