2. Services

eSIM Hub provides digital eSIM (embedded SIM) products for mobile data connectivity. Our eSIMs are delivered electronically via QR code to the email address you provide at checkout.

3. Purchase and Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable fees.
• Payment is processed securely through PayPal.
• Your eSIM QR code will be delivered to your email immediately after successful payment.

4. Refund Policy

We recommend checking the following before purchasing:

• Your device supports eSIM functionality
• Your device is not carrier-locked
• The destination country/region is covered by the plan

5. eSIM Activation and Usage

• eSIM must be installed while connected to WiFi or mobile data.
• Data validity period begins when you first connect to a network in the destination country, not when you install the eSIM.
• Each eSIM QR code can only be installed once. Do not delete an installed eSIM as it cannot be reinstalled.
• Data speeds and coverage depend on local network conditions.

6. Device Compatibility

eSIM is supported on most modern smartphones including:

• iPhone XS, XR, and later models
• Google Pixel 3 and later models
• Samsung Galaxy S20 and later models
• Other eSIM-compatible devices

It is your responsibility to verify your device's eSIM compatibility before purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

eSIM Hub shall not be liable for:

• Network outages or coverage issues caused by local carriers
• Device compatibility issues
• Loss of data or inability to connect due to user error
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of DevTeam Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
