• Chat messages: if you use our chat assistant, we keep the messages of the chat, and the email address you verify in it, to answer you and to look up your eSIMs.

We do not collect or store any other personal information such as names, phone numbers, physical addresses, or payment card details. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers (PayPal), and we do not have access to your payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used exclusively for:

• Delivering your purchased eSIM QR code
• Sending order confirmations and receipts
• Responding to your inquiries if you contact us
• Answering you in the chat assistant, and passing your question to our team when you ask for a person

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our service for us: PayPal (payments), our eSIM supplier (to issue your eSIM), our email delivery service, and, when you use the chat assistant, Anthropic, whose AI model writes the replies to your messages. Your email address is otherwise kept strictly confidential and is only used for the purposes described above.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time. To request deletion of your data, please contact us. We will process your request promptly and remove your information from our systems.

Chat assistant conversations are kept for 180 days after their last message and then deleted automatically. Please do not share card numbers or passwords in the chat; we never ask for them.

6. Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information. All data transmission is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
